These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of OYONights.net, including its public pages, user accounts, classified listings, contact features and related functionality.
By accessing or using OYONights, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Where applicable law gives you rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract, those rights continue to apply.
2. Nature of the OYONights Platform
OYONights operates as an online classified advertisement platform where eligible adult users may browse or submit advertiser-provided listings.
OYONights is not an escort agency, booking agency or representative of advertisers.
OYONights does not employ advertisers, arrange meetings between users and advertisers, guarantee availability, negotiate private arrangements on an advertiser's behalf, or guarantee claims appearing in a listing.
3. Adults-Only Requirement
You may use OYONights only if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult-oriented classified content where you live.
Advertisers must ensure that every person depicted, described or represented in submitted content is an adult.
Content involving a person under 18 is strictly prohibited. Content should also not be submitted where there is reasonable uncertainty about whether a depicted person is an adult.
If you encounter content that appears to involve a minor or creates genuine uncertainty about age, do not interact with the listing and report it immediately through our Contact Us page.
4. User Accounts
Certain features may require registration. Information submitted when creating or maintaining an account must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You should notify OYONights if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
OYONights may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate suspected abuse, enforce these Terms or respond to a valid legal requirement.
5. Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers are responsible for the information and media they submit to OYONights.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that:
- you are legally permitted to submit and publish the content;
- the information is not knowingly false, deceptive or misleading;
- you have the necessary rights or permissions for photographs, text and other media used in the listing;
- the listing does not impersonate another person or falsely claim an identity;
- all persons depicted are adults;
- the content complies with applicable law and these Terms.
6. Prohibited Content and Activity
You must not use OYONights to submit, distribute, promote or facilitate content or activity that includes:
- minors, sexual exploitation of minors, or age-ambiguous content where adulthood cannot reasonably be established;
- human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, abuse or non-consensual activity;
- non-consensual intimate images or material published without the required permission;
- stolen photographs, impersonation or unauthorized use of another person's identity;
- fraud, scams, intentionally misleading information or deceptive payment requests;
- threats, harassment, stalking, extortion or unlawful discrimination;
- malware, malicious code, phishing, spam or attempts to interfere with the operation of the website;
- another person's private or sensitive information without lawful authority;
- copyright or other intellectual-property infringement;
- duplicate, automated or manipulative listings intended primarily to spam search results or other users;
- any other content or conduct prohibited by applicable law.
7. Content Moderation
New or edited listings may be placed into a review or moderation queue before becoming publicly available.
OYONights may reject, restrict, expire, suspend or remove listings that appear to violate these Terms, platform rules, applicable law, or the rights or safety of another person.
Moderation is intended to reduce abuse but does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee that every published listing is accurate, genuine, safe or independently verified.
OYONights does not promise a specific review or removal time unless such a commitment is expressly stated for a particular process.
8. Reporting Listings
Users may report suspected impersonation, unauthorized images, fraudulent content, prohibited material, privacy concerns, intellectual-property concerns or other suspected violations.
When submitting a report, provide the relevant listing URL and enough information for the issue to be reviewed.

9. Contact Between Users and Advertisers
Listings may contain advertiser-provided telephone numbers, WhatsApp details, Telegram usernames or links to third-party communication services.
Communication through those services takes place directly between the user and advertiser. OYONights is not a party to those private communications.
Users should independently assess advertiser information before sharing personal, financial or identity information.
OYONights does not guarantee the identity, intentions, location, availability or conduct of any advertiser or user.
10. Payments and Private Arrangements
Unless a specific OYONights advertising feature expressly states otherwise, OYONights is not a party to private payments, arrangements or transactions between users and advertisers.
Users are responsible for evaluating the risks of sending money or entering into any private arrangement with another person.
If OYONights offers paid advertising or promotional features, the applicable price and any additional conditions should be presented before the user completes that purchase.
11. License for Advertiser Content
Advertisers retain their rights in content they lawfully own.
By uploading content to OYONights, you grant the operator of OYONights a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate and present your listing on the platform.
This may include applying an OYONights watermark to uploaded images for platform identification and misuse reduction.
You must not upload material unless you have the authority to grant these permissions.
12. OYONights Intellectual Property
The OYONights name, branding, original site design, software and original platform materials may be owned by or licensed to the operator of OYONights and are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law.
These Terms do not give users ownership of OYONights branding, software or other proprietary platform materials.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
OYONights may contain links to third-party websites or services such as WhatsApp, Telegram or other external platforms.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy practices and security policies. OYONights does not control those services and is not responsible for their independent operation.
14. Platform Availability
OYONights may change, maintain, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, operational or technical reasons.
Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
15. No Verification or Safety Guarantee
Advertiser listings are user-generated content. OYONights does not guarantee that a listing, photograph, telephone number, age claim, description or other advertiser-provided information is accurate simply because it appears on the platform.
Users should independently evaluate information before interacting with an advertiser.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OYONights is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not make guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, advertiser conduct, the accuracy of user-generated content, the outcome of interactions between users, or the suitability of an individual listing for a particular purpose.
17. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OYONights is not responsible for losses caused solely by private arrangements, representations, conduct or transactions between independent users and advertisers outside the platform's direct control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
18. Privacy
Information processed through OYONights is subject to our Privacy Policy .
Users should review that policy to understand the categories of information the site may process and how privacy-related requests can be submitted.
19. Changes to These Terms
OYONights may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the platform, moderation practices, legal requirements or other operational matters.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated revision date.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Applicable Law
Use of OYONights remains subject to applicable laws and mandatory legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to require conduct that is unlawful or to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
